Located in the Rosario Resort Community near the 5,500 acre Moran State Park, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is perched on a .64 acre parcel with filtered water views from nearly every room. A contemporary Northwest Modern design with over 2,200 square feet was just new construction completed in November 2017.
The open layout and vaulted ceilings that approach 12' in height along the wall of windows take advantage of the southern exposure. Each of the three bedrooms feature a king-sized bed, quality furnishings and soft linens for the comfort of every guest.

The Master suite is located on the main (upper) level with an en-suite, while both guest suites are located on opposite sides of the recreation room on the lower level, allowing privacy for couples and families.
Guests will enjoy relaxing outside on the nearly 500 sq. ft. deck, enjoying outdoor dining with a table with seating for six and a Stainless Steel propane BBQ grill. This is where guests will also find the Hot Tub, where they can start each morning with a rejuvenating soak, or end the day in relaxation under the starry skies.

““Fabulous house on Orcas Island and you won’t regret it! Perfect house for a couples weekend or small get together. My group of five came with plans to explore the island but left wishing we spent more time relaxing on the property. For guests who love to cook, this kitchen has lots of counter space, pantry staples, and tools/appliances so be sure to grab groceries when you pass through Eastsound. Bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were fully stocked with toiletries and extra towels. We didn’t meet the hosts during our stay but they provided detailed instructions about the property and communicated quickly.””
