Heating and cooling.
The heat pump covers the common areas. Bedrooms and bathrooms have their own heater controls.
The home has a heat pump with mini-split units in the upper and lower common areas. Remote controls are on the wall mount. For the settings (Heat, Cool, Auto and Dry), see Heat pump instructions (PDF, 4 pages).
Each bedroom and bathroom has a thermostat knob that controls the baseboard heater and fan during the cooler months.
