Privacy notice.

Orcas Island Getaway, LLC hosts three vacation homes on Orcas Island. You can reach us at info@orcasislandgetaway.com, (213) 267-2276, or PO Box 842, Eastsound, WA 98245.

What this website collects

You can read the public pages without an account. If you email or call us, we keep what you send so we can reply. Booking on this site is handled by our reservation platform. Our reservation platform collects the details needed to request or confirm a stay, and we receive the reservation information we need to host you. If you sign up for our notes, we collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name.

Guest arrival pages are password-protected on the server. They are not listed in the sitemap, and search engines are asked not to index them. Door codes, phone numbers, and stay notes are not placed in public pages or public files.

Newsletter

If you sign up on our Stay in touch page, we use your email, and your first name if you give it, only to send our occasional notes about Orcas Island and our homes. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Sign-ups are kept with Mailchimp, the service we use to send them. To reach Lori and Todd, email info@orcasislandgetaway.com or call (213) 267-2276.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to see which public pages are visited.

Sharing

We don’t sell personal information. We share reservation details with the tools that run the stay, including our reservation platform, and newsletter sign-ups with Mailchimp, the service that sends our notes.

To ask about information we hold, email info@orcasislandgetaway.com.
